Currently we have Intel , AMD, and other processors. They can perform good instructions per cycle. But as technology advances we would be now needing more and more advanced processing. As a part of these the Big gaint like Intel , Motorolla semiconductors , Toshiba in future will see to give technology like Parallel processing. There would be series of processor which would be running paraller under single chip.Lets see what technology gives next....
